Customer Originated Trace
The serious issue of nuisance or obscene phone calls can now be swiftly dealt with by using our call trace feature. The number of the caller will be recorded at our main office. If you wish to pursue legal action, this number can be provided to the proper authorities upon your request.
Call Waiting
Our most popular calling feature, Call Waiting means you can answer a second incoming call without hanging up on the person you are speaking to.
Cancel Call Waiting
Cancel Call Waiting lets you speak uninterrupted during important calls. It also allows you to send faxes or use your computer modem without your transmission being interrupted.
Caller ID
A very popular feature, Caller ID does just what it says... it shows you who is calling before you answer the phone. Caller ID requires purchase of a display telephone or add-on display unit.
Hot Line
Help is not far away even when you cannot dial the phone. Your telephone can automatically dial an emergency number for you.
Three-Way Calling
Whenever you need to talk to two people at once, Three-Way Calling is the smart solution. In an instant, you can add a third party to your line, saving you from making separate calls. This is a great feature for planning events.
Automatic Redial
Tired of getting busy signals? Let Automatic Redial keep calling the number for you until the line becomes free. Your phone will give a special ring when the person you are trying to reach has ended their call and if you pick up the phone you will be connected.
Automatic Call Return
This handy and popular feature makes it possible to find out the number of the last person to call your phone. If it is known, you will immediately be told the last caller's number and be given the option to call them back.
Per Call Blocking
This feature allows your name and number to be blocked from being displayed on a Caller ID device on a per call basis.
Speed Dialing
By simply punching one or two numbers, you can reach frequently dialed numbers in an instant. No more misdialed or forgotten numbers. Local and long-distance calls are a touch away in a 8 or 30 number capacity.
Selective Call Acceptance
Selective Call Acceptance prevents unwanted interruptions. Only those on your priority list can reach you while others are routed to an announcement informing them their calls are not being accepted at this time.
Selective Call Forwarding
Selective Call Forwarding allows you to decide which callers follow you to another number. All others ring at your house as usual. Make sure important clients or family members are able to reach you when you are away.
